2010 - FaceMe, an interactive performance, collab with Tiffany Trenda, for the UK pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo.


2012 - Eloe, a multimodal interactive tool using human body and brain for digital drawing.


2016 - Interactive street art collab with ĦYGIΣNIC DRΣ$$ LΣΛGUΣ.



2018 - "Basri" - an immersive exploration of geometric patterns. Collab with Michael Coty.


2024 - "Emanation and Extinction: the Life Cycle and Unregulated Interractions across the Infinite Lattice of Light" - an interactive installation with multimodal AI. Collab with Minyoung Joo, Sinhye (Sunny) Kim

About

Maxim Safioulline is a creative technologist and an educator. His work spans alternative user interfaces, digital identities, generative and algorithmic design, storytelling and world-building, systems design and complexity in general. He collaborated and worked on projects in New York, Shanghai, Detroit, Montreal among others. He is a co-founder of Connected Cat Media, a creative studio that specializes in interactive installations, immersive experiences, and digital art. Maxim has an MFA degree from Parsons the New School for Design; he is currently working in Los Angeles and teaching in Santa Monica College and ArtCenter College of Art and Design.
