It's kind of like the field of psychology. We don't really know how it works, but we think it mostly helps and sometimes harms. But also AI is almost like reflection of/scope into the human mind. There are a lot of decisions that the human mind makes that we don't have awareness of—and then you multiply that by 6 billion different minds/intelligences existing in our human world.
